Service appmt 1/11 at 8am because sim card doesn't respond, told that the allotted free time must have run-in just the 2 weeks the 1st owner had the car? I asked about having tcu firmwire updated from 16.2 to 19.2 and was told they won't do it (even though it can be OTA by allowing same in TOPIX) unless there is a problem. Also told I need the sim plan to update the maps- not true, I had to go online to determine that the incontrol software and SIM card weren't switched over to me. I bought a jaguar I Pace from this dealership. After 500 miles it quit charging. I was told I had to bring it in....when I did they said they needed to keep it for at least a day and they charged me $20 for a loaner. The service at this dealership is horrible. Do yourself a favor and buy a car elsewhere
