I met with Don in service and he was so helpful and informative! Normally, visiting the service department is my least favorite thing to do because I'm at their mercy and worry about being taken advantage of. With the ridiculous 125 degree weather we're experiencing, I knew I had to do something about my tint...enter Don. He's a life saver! I felt completely confident with his advice and suggestions. Totally had my best interest and I'm thrilled with my choices! I'll recommend him to everyone I know. He's down to earth and authentic. Something you rarely see in the auto industry!

This place just restored my faith in humanity – I bought a used car here, and it was the most pleasant and satisfying car-buying experience I’ve ever had (in over 50 years). Whenever you arrive at a Jaguar dealership for a service or to fix a problem, you always feel at home, especially if you've had the unfortunate experience of having a non-Jaguar technician try to perform any work on your car, which I had to do, but will never do again. My wife and I moved from Southern California to Arizona last year and always had our cars serviced at the Jaguar dealerships (apart from once) and have received excellent service, but the Jaguar North Scottsdale dealership is the best one we've encountered, from being greeted by a friendly porter who took us to our service adviser (Michael Wagner) and (Savannah) who took care of our transportation needs. We will be returning to this dealership for all of our service needs.

This past weekend I decided to change my car, for the past 4 years I have had a Jaguar XF 5.0, my service advisor has always been Don Molumby, as my car was getting old, and high on the mileage, I thought I would take a look at a new XF. I met with a sales consultant called Jason Landavazo, He was a absolute professional when answering my questions, and dealing with my needs. I said that I was "thinking" about changing my car, but Iwanted my wife to be with me, before I made the decision, so on the holiday Monday we went back to see Jason, and we took a car out for drive, loved to drive the new car, so 3 hours later we were driving It home. The entire process was very smooth, absolutely no pressure to buy and we got everything we wanted. The main reason why we purchased a new Jaguar was because of Jason's professionalism and Don ( as my service advisors) honesty. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Don, and goes above and beyond what was/is expected. Jason and Don are a great team together, and I would recommend to anyone considering or buying a Jaguar to work with these two individuals at Jaguar N Scottsdale. Steve

Dave Mathias was very friendly, returned phone calls/emails promptly, and was very knowledgeable of the cars that I was interested in. I appreciated the information that Dave provided and his taking the time with us without the hard sell that car dealerships are known for. I would, and will, highly recommend him to others!

Not very happy, communication is awful, they never returned any of my phone calls, zip lock on my fan? Not impressed at all with any of the staff!
